We have started with a humble beginning in the year 2002-03 with a business volume of 20% on a rupee value of Rs.45.00 Lacs per annum.In the span of a year, with our dedicated, flawless and committed service levels, we could achieve 100% business with an annual turn over of Rs.4.00 Crores only with their Chennai unit. The movement of outbound logistics to various corporate clients of this division is handles effectively at 95% service adherence on an on going basis. Also, we provide ware house service for their Delhi godown measuring about 4000 sq.ft.

Client:M/s. ITC LIMITED SBU - SAFETY MATCHES CHENNAI

From inception of this business of M/s.ITC Limited, we are associated as their ware house service providers both at their Chennai & Kovilpatti godowns.At Chennai godown measuring 8000 Sq.Ft. at Padianallur, a monthly volume of 60000 match bundles with a product mix of over 23 brands are handles by our team. At Kovilpatti, we handle 300000 bundles with a product mix of over 32 brands in two godowns measuring 23000 Sq.ft. These godowns are on the SAP environment and all our team members are trained on this platform.

Also, we do the transportation of the finished match bundles to various godown of M/s.ITC Limited. On an average; we do a business of more than Rs.2.50 Crores with this customer combining the warehousing and the transportation activities.

With our benchmarked precautions deployed in storage and the transportation of match bundles, we have achieved only 2.63% as damages to bundles against an industry average of 7.13

Client: M/s. ITC LIMITED SBU - PACKAGING & PRINTING HARIDWAR

We are proud to get relationship with this massive factory at Haridwar,Uttarakand. Spread in 40 acres of land in theSIDCUL area, this site houses Foods divison,NBFC division and the PP Division.

We do cargo handling of PP division inside this factory with transportation activity for finished goods. We handle the factory ware house both raw materials and the finished goods, issue materials to production, control inventory and monitoring the in transit trucks. We also transport the raw materials from various sources to the factory and the finished goods to defineddestinations.

The factory runs on the SAP environment and all the officers placed at the factory are trained in that platform.

Client:M/s. ITC LIMITED SBU - PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS HARIDWAR

With the developments JSM has shown in various divisions, this new division of ITC has also added to the growing list of JSM clientele. JSM is entrusted with managing three godowns of approximately 45,000 Sq.ft in Haridwar. JSM handles a product mix of more than 36 varieties ranging from Bags weighing 50 Kgs each to empty cartons counted in numbers. All these godowns are on SAP environment with online transactions with the factory.

Client: M/s. SYMRISE PRIVATE LIMITED CHENNAI

This is a very sensitive client of us handled with additional care for the product. This client manufactures concentrates for cosmetic industry and is the prime supplier for all major soap manufacturers. We have built our relationship and maintained with our reliability and trustworthiness .The average value of the cargo sent by this customer is more than Rs.80.00 Lacs. These containers are tracked using the GPS technology on the net and feed back is given. Till today, we have kept the client satisfied with our service levels and expect to continue the same in the coming years.
